FAQ
Questions we can answer without inventing a policy.
If a fee, a legal status, or a product promise is not written here, we do not want you to assume it.
Prabalta is a nonprofit organization created to help other nonprofits with technology. The name roughly translates to “strength” in Sanskrit. It was founded after a loved one died of colon cancer, far too young, to honor that person’s generosity with work that would last.
The published focus is nonprofit and charitable work: registered nonprofits, community initiatives, fundraising teams, and other mission-driven organizations. This website does not set eligibility rules, fees, or an application score. If you are unsure whether a conversation makes sense, write to us and describe your organization.
Public materials describe websites and digital presence, fundraising infrastructure, donor records, email campaigns, social engagement, reporting, and the operational tools that hold those pieces together. This website explains that work. It does not activate an account or promise that every feature is available today.
No. This is an informational website. It does not accept payments, store card details, or create recurring gifts. Older Prabalta pages described donation tools inside a software platform. Those tools are not offered through the pages you are reading now.
Email support@prabalta.org, call the published phone number, or use the contact page. The form composes an email in your own email app. This site does not store the message or show it as sent.
Write to us with who you are, the organization or community you represent, and what you hope to do together. Partnership on this website means a conversation. It is not an automatic enrollment, a grant, or a signed agreement.
The mission published by Prabalta is support for nonprofits. An older page also said some technology services might be discussed with organizations outside that focus. This site does not promise that. If you are outside the nonprofit field, you may still write and ask.
Any system that holds donor or payment information has to be designed for that responsibility. Older Prabalta pages referred to encrypted transactions and payment gateways. Those statements described a software platform, not this static website. Ask us what is in place before you collect personal or payment data through any tool.
A street address was not published in the public pages we reviewed, so we do not list one. You can use the email address and phone number on the contact page.
No. These pages are a public introduction to the organization. They do not include logins, dashboards, payment processing, or campaign tools.
